Watch out, Captain Lockstep! IT'S ON!!

Did you happen to see the debate last night between Captain Republican Lockstep (Susana Martinez) and the Heart of New Mexico - Democrat Diane Denish? Sparks were really flyin'! But the message was resoundingly clear: Diane is on our side - she stands up for New Mexicans. And Lockstep? She's on the side of big corporations, powerful Texas donors, and the Republican machine.

 

Diane, the Heart of NM, proposed smart and articulate plans last night to help New Mexico - like closing the corporate tax loophole - so that corporations are made to pay their fair share for the profits they make in NM.  True to Republican form - Lockstep said she'd side with out-of-state corporations at the expense of New Mexicans.

 

Enough is enough. Last night, Diane stood up - she fought back. But she can't do it alone. She needs all of us standing with her. Captain Lockstep and her Texas friends such as ATM (Bob Perry) and Tom DeLay (gerrymandering) are counting on Dems not voting this year.  We can't stand on the sidelines and let Diane fight alone - this election is about all of us.
